I am an experienced Bid and Proposal Manager with a strong background in leading and coordinating the end-to-end bid management process—from evaluating opportunities and conducting bid/no-bid analyses to overseeing content development and final submission.

I’ve successfully partnered with cross-functional teams—including sales, product management, finance, and subject matter experts—to craft persuasive, compliant, and high-quality RFP responses. My work often involves developing compelling bid content such as executive summaries, value propositions, and campaign optimization strategies that highlight a company’s strengths and differentiate us in competitive markets.

I also bring experience managing the GSA application process and maintaining our service list, ensuring ongoing compliance and responsiveness to government and enterprise procurement requirements. Over my career, I’ve submitted hundreds of full RFP packages—including to major organizations such as the State of Maryland, FEMA, South Carolina Department of Mental Health, New York Social Services, and Verizon.
