As a Product Management Lead, I’ve guided multiple cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle — from uncovering user problems and conducting deep research to leading ideation, design, development, and launch. I’m passionate about building products and experiences that not only meet business goals but genuinely resonate with users.
I’ve led the creation process of four major products, developed marketing collateral, and used customer insights and testimonials to refine our approach. My work often sits at the intersection of product strategy and brand development — from redesigning websites and directing blog strategy to drive engagement, to collaborating on a full company rebrand that aligned design, messaging, and product identity.
Working closely with clients is central to my approach. I’ve partnered with organizations to design interactive portals, customized data reports, and communication campaigns tailored to their programs. By translating client data into actionable roadmaps, I’ve helped shape future goals and feature enhancements that make our products more impactful.
Driven by curiosity and collaboration, I love turning customer feedback and market research into meaningful improvements — whether that’s through launching new capabilities like chat, email, and SMS integrations, or refining brand systems to scale effectively.
