PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Along with acting as the Customer Success Manager, I also have extensive experience leading projects and client partnerships from kickoff through successful delivery. In a small company environment, I’ve often worn multiple hats—acting as the bridge between customers and product development to ensure initiatives roll out smoothly and deliver real value.
With a strong foundation in project management, I’ve managed implementations using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies—most often Agile, given the evolving nature of our projects. I take ownership from the start by identifying key stakeholders, building RACI charts, defining project timelines, and setting clear expectations during kickoff meetings. Throughout the process, I track deliverables in Asana, provide consistent client updates, and maintain alignment through structured communication plans.
Beyond execution, I focus on quality and accountability—ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and with measurable outcomes. Post-project, I conduct retrospectives and incorporate insights into client reviews and future improvements.
Balancing my roles as both Project Manager and Customer Success Manager allowed me to deeply understand client needs and translate them into product improvements, roadmaps, and successful campaigns. I’m passionate about creating collaborative partnerships, driving adoption, and ensuring that every product outcome supports the client’s long-term success.
